The service

Sememe matches clients who need an AI-built project finished with vetted human providers from bld.ai. You can use it in ChatGPT, in Claude or on the web. By creating an account or connecting Sememe you agree to these terms.

Packages and payment

• Work is sold as fixed, prepaid packages: $200 for 1 week or $500 for 4 weeks. Prices aren't negotiable.
• You pay by card through Stripe before you see matched providers.
• Full refund until a provider accepts. After you pay, and until a provider accepts your job, you can get all your money back from the job page (for example, if your chosen provider declines or doesn't respond). Once a provider has accepted, packages are non-refundable. Extra work, or work outside the approved work packet, is a new package.
• The package starts when the provider you choose accepts, and ends at the exact end date shown. Unused time doesn't carry over.

The work packet

The provider works to the work packet version you approve: its goal, scope, exclusions and acceptance tests. Don't put passwords, API keys or other secrets in a work packet or snippet; share access with the provider another way.

Reviews and disputes

The provider submits evidence each week and you mark each milestone OK or describe the issue. If the agreed work isn't delivered, you can open a dispute before the package ends. BLD reviews the evidence and its decision is final. If BLD finds the provider failed, the package is settled as 20% to the provider and 80% to you after Sememe's fee, and BLD can offer up to three replacement providers.

Providers

Providers are independent bld.ai members. Sememe takes a 10% fee and pays the provider at the exact end of the package. Providers must deliver the approved work packet, keep client material confidential and not take the work off Sememe.

Ownership

You own the intellectual property in the work delivered for your package.

Acceptable use

Don't use Sememe for unlawful work, to harass anyone, or to get around these terms. We can suspend accounts that do.

Liability

Sememe is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, bld.ai's total liability for a package is limited to the amount you paid for it.
