Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account: your email address, name, country and role; a password hash if you set a password; sign-in sessions.
• Jobs: the work packets you write or approve, and anything you choose to share in a job: links, text snippets, uploaded files, chat history you ask the assistant to include, milestone reviews, feedback and disputes.
• From ChatGPT or Claude: only what the assistant sends to Sememe's tools when you use them. We don't receive the rest of your conversation.
• Payments: Stripe processes card payments. We store the payment status and amount, never card numbers.
• Providers: public bld.ai profile details (name, country, skills, work history, rates), Sememe practice runs and scores, and ratings from clients.
• Technical: server logs (time, request path, errors) to keep the service running. We use one sign-in cookie and no advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

To run your jobs: matching you with providers, sharing the work packet and workspace with the provider you choose, sending email about your job, handling payments, payouts and disputes, and improving quality. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

• The provider you select (the work packet and workspace), and BLD operations staff.
• Service providers who process data for us: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Anthropic (AI for drafting work packets and the provider practice), Hetzner (hosting, Germany), bld.ai (provider profiles and job projects), and Google or GitHub if you sign in with them.
• Authorities, if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Account and job data are kept while your account is open and as long as needed for payment, tax and dispute records. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time; records we must keep by law are kept only for that.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and disconnect Sememe from ChatGPT or Claude at any time in their settings.
